NEW JAILINGS

Ezekiel D. Castleman, 25, El Dorado, arrested Tuesday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of felony criminal damage to property. Bail not set.

Dakota L. Dillashaw, 28, Wichita, jailed Oct. 26 for failing to appear in court. Released less than 20 minutes later after posting $250 cash. Previously jailed 11 times for 205 days between June 12, 2017, and Oct. 16, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders four times, for allegedly violating probation twice, for failing to appear in court five times, and on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Travis R. Grosse, 46, Marion, jailed Oct. 25 for 10 days on court orders. Previously jailed nine times for 13 days between Jan. 22, 2018, and Aug. 27, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders, on a motion to revoke probation, for three times failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of domestic battery, aggravated domestic battery, possession of stimulants, distribution of drug paraphernalia, a fourth or subsequent offense of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operating a vehicle without a required anti-drinking interlock, failing to have vehicle liability insurance, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Benard D. Porter, 35, Wichita, jailed Oct. 25 for failing to appear in court. Released 30 minutes later after posting a $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed July 16 on suspicion of driving while a habitual offender.

Ian M. Sinnett, 41, Hutchinson, arrested Oct. 26 by Marion police for twice failing to appear in court. Released the next morning after posting a $10,000 surety bond.
