NEW JAILINGS

Cassandra L. Beisly, 38, Newton, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of having no vehicle liability insurance and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released 12½ hours later after posting $1,500 in surety bonds.

Justin L. Chrisjohn, 45, Marion, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating his probation. Released five hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 23 days since Jan. 26, 2018, for contempt of court, on other court orders, and on suspicion of domestic battery.

Alonzo J. Stewart, 33, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed April 22 and 23 on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
