NEW ARRESTS

Shannon L. Albright, 32, Goessel, jailed Feb. 23 for allegedly violating probation. Held without bond.

Rochelle D. Atwood, 55, Newton, arrested Feb. 23 by Peabody police for failing to appear in court. Released 7½ hours later on $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed three times for a total of 20 days since Dec. 4, 2017, all for failing to appear in court.

Zachary S. Dvorak, 25, Marion, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of interfering with a law enforcement officer, operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock, driving an unregistered vehicle, and failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $6,000 in surety bonds. Previously jailed three times since May 13, 2018, for a total of six days — including Feb. 5 and 6 of this year — on suspicion of aggravated criminal threat, interference with a law enforcement officer, battery of a law enforcement officer, twice failing to appear in court, driving under the influence of intoxicants, domestic battery, and a previous count of operating a vehicle without an interlock.

Natalie R. Geren, 39, Marion, arrested Feb. 23 by Peabody police for allegedly failing to appear in court six times. Held in lieu of $7,500 surety bond. Previously jailed nine times for a total of 39 days since Dec. 12, 2018, on an unspecified warrant and on suspicion of probation violation, interference with a law enforcement officer, battery of a law enforcement officer, domestic battery, eight times failing to appear in court, twice possessing drug paraphernalia, and single counts of possession of drugs and a controlled substance.

Josey B. Hunt, 22, Peabody, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of criminal restraint and domestic battery. Released 30 minutes later on $2,500 surety bond.

Ardell P. Jones, 47, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, distributing heroin and other drugs, driving without a license, and possessing marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and other drugs. Released 17 hours later on $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of 16 days since May 2, 2018, on suspicion of attempting to distribute drugs, possessing marijuana with two or more prior convictions, attempting to use or possess drug paraphernalia, and driving after his license had been canceled, suspended, or revoked as well as on an unspecified warrant and on unspecified charges.

Clayton T. Lingenfelter, 24, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police for indirect contempt of court. Held in lieu of $10,000 split bond. Previously jailed eight times for a total of 305 days since April 18, 2018 — 10 times for failing to appear in court, twice each on suspicion of possession of a firearm by a felon and of violating offender registration provisions, and once each on suspicion of possession of a stolen firearm, criminal trespass, burglary, theft, and possession of marijuana, a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia.

Adam M. Wilson, 34, Hutchinson, arrested Friday by Peabody police for allegedly violating probation and on suspicion of two counts of aggravated failure to appear in court. Released Monday on $15,000 surety bond, $10,000 signature bond, and $253 cash bond.
