NEW JAILINGS

Chance N. Brooks, 27, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed April 18 to 20 and Aug. 1 to 21, 2019, and June 9 to 22, 2020, for four times failing to appear in court and on suspicion of theft, recklessly fleeing or eluding police, aggravated child endangerment, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving under the influence of alcohol with a suspended license.

Richard D. Hill, 34, Wichita, jailed Friday for 30 days on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of 72 days since July 5, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery, aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, and criminal damage to property, and for failing to appear in court.

Tanner L. Jasper, 22, Hillsboro, jailed Thursday on court orders for violating probation. Previously jailed 11 times since Aug. 12, 2018: four times for probation violation; twice each for failing to appear in court and for contempt of court; once on court orders; and on suspicion of possessing of opiates, marijuana and drug paraphernalia (twice); criminal trespassing; underage purchase of alcohol; theft by threat; driving without a license; making a criminal threat; disorderly conduct; and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Laramie J. Siebert, 43, Marion, jailed Monday on court orders. Previously jailed three times for a total of four days since July 7, 2020, on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, transporting an open container of alcohol, violating probation, and twice operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock.

Julio C. Vizcarra, 27, Florence, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal restraint. Released four hours later on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 18 days since April 5, 2018, on suspicion of assault, possession of marijuana, being a pedestrian under the influence of intoxicants, disorderly conduct, violating probation, criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, and interference with a law enforcement officer.
