NEW JAILINGS

Jason L. Anderson, 48, Peabody, jailed Friday for failing to appear in court. Released two hours later on $100 cash bond. Previously jailed Dec. 13 to 15, 2020; Sept. 30 to Oct. 28, 2018; July 23 to 25, 2018; and Nov. 16 to 17, 2017, on court orders, for failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of possessing opiates, narcotics, or stimulants; possessing marijuana with intent to distribute it; possessing drug paraphernalia; and violating probation.

Zachary S. Dvorak, 24, Marion, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock, violating probation, and failing to appear in court. Released 12 hours later on $8,500 surety bond. Previously jailed May 13 to 15, 2018, on suspicion of domestic battery.

Zachary W. Edmond, 43, Louisville, Kansas, arrested Nov. 24 by a sheriff’s deputy on warrants from Geary, Shawnee, and Pottawatomie Counties and Wamego Municipal Court. Released 1½ days later on $6,500 surety and $639.29 cash bonds.

Jordan L. Fryhover, 23, Hillsboro, jailed Nov. 22 on suspicion of violating probation. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed April 8 to 13, 2021; Oct. 6 to Dec. 8, 2020; and Feb. 6 to 17, 2020, on court orders, three times for failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of theft and possession of opiates, narcotics, or stimulants and drug paraphernalia.

Cody S. Lunow, 29, Hillsboro, arrested Nov. 24 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released 4½ hours later on $1,500 surety bond.

Michael S. Newman, 30, Wichita, jailed Monday for twice failing to appear in court. Held without bail.
