NEW JAILINGS

Joshua M. Caldwell, 37, Peabody, arrested Saturday by Peabody police for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $15,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Dec. 21, 2018, for probation violation and May 21 and 22, 2018, for failing to appear in court.

Richard D. Hill, 34, Wichita, arrested Nov. 3 by Peabody police for failing to appear in Peabody municipal court. Held in lieu of $1,300 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 44 days since July 5, 2019. Charges included suspicion of domestic battery, aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, criminal damage to property, three counts of failure to appear in court, and one court-ordered jail term.

Robert D. Thomas, 30, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, arrested Nov. 3 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of distributing a hallucinogen or marijuana, distributing 25 to 450 grams (1 ounce to 1 pound) of marijuana, distributing or intending to distribute drug paraphernalia, and speeding. Released the next day with no bond amount listed.

Cyle L. Wilson, 28, Marion, a state corrections inmate housed in county jail on court orders Nov. 2 through Friday. Previously jailed nine times for a total of 191 days since Feb. 16, 2020. Charges included five counts of contempt of court, three counts of failing to appear in court, and suspicion of three counts each of possessing drug paraphernalia and stolen property; two counts each of knowingly driving while uninsured, of violating driver license restrictions, of having an improperly registered vehicle, and of possession of marijuana, of an opiate or narcotic, and of a controlled substance; and single counts of burglary, theft by deception, criminal trespass, failing to use a required ignition interlock, criminal damage to property, and driving without a license.
