NEW ARRESTS

John D. Harding, 20, Florence, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of criminal damage to property. Held in lieu of $500 surety bond.

Ashlyee N. Hiebert, 21, Hutchinson, jailed Aug. 17 for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $7,500 surety bond. Previously jailed July 4 on suspicion of possessing opiates, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Kara M. Holt, 33, Peabody, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing opiates and marijuana, using or possessing drug paraphernalia, and violating probation. Held in lieu of $30,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Feb. 27 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Clayton T. Lingenfelter, 23, Hillsboro, jailed Aug. 17 by a sheriff’s deputy for nine times failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $70,000 surety bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of 270 days between April 18, 2018, and July 1, 2021. Charges included criminal trespass; twice violating offender registration requirements; burglary; theft; and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and of a weapon by a felon.

Armando Nunez, 20, Emporia, jailed Aug. 18 at the request of Lyon County. Held without bond.

David W. Rose, 36, Wichita, jailed Aug. 17 for failing to appear in court. Released Monday on $7,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Nov. 13 and 14 on suspicion of possessing opiates, drug paraphernalia, and more than $1,500 in stolen property.
