NEW ARRESTS
Paul F. Baatrup, 21, Marion, jailed Friday for two days on court orders. Originally jailed Jan. 31 to Feb. 3, 2020, on suspicion of a second violation of the state’s offender registry act and for contempt of court. Earlier jailed April 15, 2019, and again May 14 to 15, 2019, on suspicion of a first violation.
Sharee N. Bradley, 28, Hoisington, jailed Friday for two days on court orders. Previous jailed six other times: May 27 to July 21 on suspicion of two counts of violating probation; Sept. 18 to Nov. 2 for failing to appear in court and on a Butler County warrant; May 21 and 22, 2019, for twice failing to appear in court; March 6 and 7, 2019, again on suspicion of violating probation; and Jan. 29 to Feb. 19, 2019, on suspicion of distributing stimulants, possessing drug paraphernalia, and battery of a law enforcement officer.
Tonny R. Delvecchio, 58, Peabody, arrested Thursday by Peabody police on suspicion of violating probation. Released three hours later on $2,500 surety bond.
John W. Emerick II, 53, Peabody, arrested Friday by Peabody police on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, an expired license plate, and no proof of insurance. Released 11 hours later on $1,100 surety bonds. Previously jailed June 20 to 24 on an unspecified warrant.
Spencer K. Hemmert, 30, Hays, jailed Aug. 12 for two days on court orders. Previously jailed Feb. 26 and 27 on suspicion of interfering with judicial process, driving under the influence of an intoxicant, and possessing a stimulant.
Calvin J. Hinz, 38, Lincolnville, arrested Aug. 11 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of two counts of theft. Released four hours later on $5,000 surety bond.
Steve A. Katz, 36, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for two days on court orders. Originally jailed Aug. 2, 2020, on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, and criminal restraint.
Kevin L. Lemon, 51, Overbrook, jailed Friday for 30 days on court orders. Previously jailed Oct. 17 on suspicion of aggravated assault; Sept. 27 and 28, 2019, for twice failing to appear in court; Aug. 3, 2018, on suspicion of issuing a worthless check; and Dec. 22 and 23, 2017, for again failing to appear in court.
Christopher M. Lieder, 32, Hillsboro, jailed Aug. 11 for 90 days on court orders. Previously jailed Feb. 25 and Oct. 19, 2019, for failing to appear in court.
Ashley B. Loomis, 32, Marion, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on contempt of court charges. Released Monday on $10,010 surety bond. Jailed 14 other times between Oct. 17, 2018, and April 30 for, among other things, 11 times failing to appear in court and on suspicion of twice violating probation and one count each of burglary, theft by deception, criminal damage, and obstructing apprehension or prosecution.
Tyler J. Slater, 31, Peabody, jailed for one day Aug. 11 on court orders. Previously jailed June 17 on suspicion of domestic battery; Dec. 31 to Jan. 20 for contempt of court; and March 1 to 3, 2019, and Sept. 22 to 24, 2018, on suspicion of violating probation.
Melissa A. Tajchman, 29, Marion, arrested Monday by Marion police on suspicion of four times failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $52,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Nov. 4 and 11 for three times failing to appear.
