NEW ARRESTS

Kyleigh B. Bunger, 27, Hoisington, jailed May 25 for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Dec. 22 and 23 on suspicion of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.

Sharee N. Bradley, 27, Lyons, jailed Thursday on two counts of probation violation. Held pending the setting of bond. Previously jailed four times spanning a total of 63 days since Jan. 29, 2019 — on suspicion of distributing drugs, possessing drug paraphernalia, battery on a law enforcement officer, four times failing to appear in court, and three times violating probation.

Darrian L. Copus, 23, Marion, jailed Sunday by Marion police for failing to appear in court. Released two hours later on $500 surety bond.

Lane M. May, 21, Benton, arrested Sunday by a game warden on suspicion of violating offender registration. Released Tuesday on $50,000 surety bond.

Donald J. Miller, 30, Florence, jailed Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $10,000 bond. Previously jailed 11 times spanning a total of 28 days since June 4, 2018 — once on court orders and the other times on suspicion of possessing drugs, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; domestic battery; two counts of driving with a suspended license; and 11 times failing to appear in court

Nicholas C. Peterson, 37, Peabody, arrested May 25 by Peabody police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released 11½ hours later on $1,000 surety bond.

Rocky J. Phillips, 42, Moundridge, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing drugs, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Released three hours later on $5,000 surety bond.

Rexana J. Siebert, 44, Marion, arrested by Marion police Sunday, a day after her release from a previous jailing, on suspicion of disorderly conduct, interference with law enforcement by resisting arrest, and battery of a corrections officer. Held in lieu of $10,000 bond. Previously jailed 11 times spanning a total of 35 days since Aug. 10, 2018 — once on court orders, seven times for contempt of court, 11 times for failing to appear in court, once for probation violation, and on suspicion of one count of domestic battery, one count of disorderly conduct, and two counts of trespassing.

David W. Solomon, 56, Peabody, jailed May 25 by Peabody police for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed April 17 to 19 for failing to appear in court and Dec. 25 and 26 on suspicion of battery of a law enforcement officer and interfering with law enforcement by resisting arrest.

Dasan Z. Wallace, 23, Marion, arrested Saturday by Marion police on suspicion of domestic battery. Held in lieu of $1,500 bond. Previously jailed Jan. 21 on suspicion of possessing a hallucinogen and drug paraphernalia.
