NEW jailings

Paul F. Baatrup, 20, Peabody, jailed Friday to serve a two-day sentence. Previously jailed Nov. 16 to March 27 and Sept. 22 to 23, for failure to appear in court, Jan. 31 to Feb. 3, 2020, for contempt of court and violation of the offender registration act, May 14 to 15, 2019, for violation of the offender registration act, and April 15, 2019, for violation of the offender registration act.

Jeremy J. Friesen, 49, Lehigh, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released Monday on his own recognizance.

Natalie R. Geren, 39, Marion, jailed Thursday on a warrant alleging probation violation. Released Friday without bond. Previously jailed May 3 on suspicion of possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia, Sept. 15 to Oct. 14, Sept. 26 to 27, 2019, Sept. 8, 2019, Aug. 2, 2019, May 20, 2019, March 15, 2019, and Dec. 12, 2018, mostly on warrants alleging failure to appear in court, but also on suspicion of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and domestic battery.

Joseph W. Heubach, 24, Peabody, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies on a warrant alleging probation violation. Held on no bond. Previously jailed March 13 to 16 on suspicion of possession of opiate, opium, narcotics or certain stimulants and drug paraphernalia and failure to appear in court.

Dustin J. Luchi, 41, Marion, arrested May 5 by Marion police on suspicion of distribution of cannabinoids, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while suspended. Released Friday on $15,000 surety bond. Previously jailed April 1 on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Bryce A. Naerebout, 22, Hillsboro, arrested Saturday by a wildlife officer on suspicion of boating under the influence. Released an hour later on $500 surety bond. Previously jailed June 28 to 30, 2019, for probation violation, June 2, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery, and Jan 26, 2019, for possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Dustin D. Rodgers, 46, Marion, arrested May 5 by state troopers on suspicion of failure to display evidence of liability insurance and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released Friday on $1,500 surety bond.

Eduardo Roman-Ortiz, 39, Sedgwick, arrested Monday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of distribution of opiates, opium, narcotics, or stimulant, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and transporting an open container of alcohol. Held without bond.

Georgio L. Washington, 29, Wichita, jailed Saturday on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released two hours later on $1,000 surety bond.
