NEW jailings

Janet M. Geren, 60, Marion, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulants and drug paraphernalia with intent to use. Held without bond. Previously jailed Aug. 6 to 7 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Kevin W. Geren, 59, Marion, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possession opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulants and drug paraphernalia with intent to use. Held without bond. Previously jailed Sept. 17 and July 14 to 15 for failure to appear in court, and Dec. 18 to 21, 2019, for distribution of stimulants, possession of marijuana, and failure to appear in court.

Bruce W. Richardson, 48, Salina, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possession of opiates, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia with intent to use, and distribution of heroin or certain stimulants. Held without bond. Previously jailed Jan. 1 to 6 to serve a five-day sentence and July 16, 2019, on suspicion of possession of opiate, opium, narcotics or certain stimulants, drug paraphernalia, drug paraphernalia with intent to use, interference with law enforcement, driving while suspended, operating a vehicle without registration, and no liability insurance.

Brandon S. Toon, 36, Florence, arrested Monday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, traffic of contraband in a correctional facility, and possession of marijuana. Held in lieu of $100,000 surety bond. Previously jailed June 17 to 18 for failure to appear in court, and May 28 to 29, and May 14 on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
