NEW jailings

Jody A. Craig, 45, Marion, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of battery. Released Monday on $2,500 surety bond.

Margie Ann Ditto, 73, Herington, jailed March 9 on suspicion of burglary. Released March 10 on $5,000 surety bond.

Emma L. Fay, 20, Marion, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving under the influence. Released five hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Joseph M. Heubach, 24, Peabody, arrested Saturday by Peabody police on suspicion of possession of opiates and narcotics and failure to appear in court. Released Tuesday on $5,000 surety bond.

Ardell P. Jones, 46, Hillsboro, jailed Saturday for reasons not specified on the jail log. Released Sunday. Previously jailed May 18, 2018, on suspicion of driving while license revoked, and May 2 to 3, 2018, on suspicion of possession of marijuana, attempted possession with intent to distribute, and attempted possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

Patricia L. Miller, 39, Topeka, jailed March 10 on warrants alleging failure to appear in court and contempt of court. Held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Dec. 8 to 9 on suspicion of probation violation.

Rexana J. Siebert, jailed Friday on six warrants alleging contempt of court. Previously jailed Oct. 8 to 13, July 24, June 4, Jan. 27, 2018, Nov. 30, 2019, to Jan 1, 2020, March 27, 2019, Oct. 24 to 25, 2019, Oct. 3, 2018, and Oct. 10 to 14, 2018, mostly for failing to appear in court, and on charges of domestic violence and probation violation. Released Saturday on $25,000 surety bond.

Benjamin J. Thompson, 31, Ramona, arrested March 10 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of domestic battery, interference with law enforcement, battery of a law enforcement officer, and aggravated endangerment of a child. Released Thursday on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed June 7 to 8 on suspicion of driving under the influence, Nov. 26, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery, and April 24 to 30, 2018, on suspicion of interference with law enforcement. Released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Dale E. Wuthnow, 57, Hope, jailed Saturday to serve a 10-day sentence. Previously jailed March 14 to 16, 2020, to serve a two-day sentence, March 7 to 10, 2020, to serve a two-day sentence, Dec. 13 to 18, 2019, to serve a five-day sentence, and Jan 6 to 7, 2019, on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, driving under the influence, and improper driving on a laned roadway.
