NEW jailings

Aris L. Dehart, 35, Topeka, arrested Jan. 12 by sheriff’s deputies on warrants alleging probation violation and failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $18,150 surety bond.

Matthew M. Frazier, 26, Peabody, jailed Thursday to serve a five-day sentence. Previously jailed Dec. 2 to Dec. 9 to serve a 7-day sentence, Sept. 20 for failure to appear in court, Dec. 27, 2019 to Jan. 2, 2020 on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, theft, endangering a child, disorderly conduct, and interference with law enforcement, Nov. 8 to Nov. 18, 2019 to serve a 10-day Peabody Municipal Court sentence, Aug. 13, 2019 on suspicion of domestic battery, June 11, 2019 on suspicion of disorderly conduct, and April 14, 2019 to 16, 2019 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Cyle L. Wilson, 27, Marion, arrested Thursday by Marion police on a warrant alleging contempt of court. Held without bond. Previously jailed Sept. 4 to Dec. 11 for contempt of court and failure to appear in court, Sept. 1 on suspicion of possession of stolen property, driving without a valid license, and driving without liability insurance, Aug. 29 to 30 on suspicion of possession of drugs and stolen property, Aug. 23 to 24 on suspicion of possession of drugs and stolen property and criminal damage to property, July 25 on a warrant for failure to appear in court, June 23 on suspicion of driving without an ignition interlock device, liability insurance, in violation of a restricted driving permit, driving an improperly registered vehicle, and possession of drugs, and Feb. 16 to 17 on suspicion of burglary, theft, and trespass.
