NEW jailings

Jordan L. Fryhover, 22, Hillsboro, arrested Oct. 6 by Hillsboro police on three warrants alleging failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $20,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Feb. 6 to 17 on suspicion of felony theft and possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

William K. Grunden, 30, Marion, jailed Friday for three days on court orders. Previously jailed March 10 for twice failing to appear in court; Feb. 21 to 24 for probation violation; Sept. 9 to Oct, 19, 2019, on suspicion of taking indecent liberties with a child age 14 to 16; Aug. 4 to 14, 2019, for probation violation and failing to appear in court; March 7, 2019, on suspicion of theft; and Jan. 16 to 18, 2019, for failing to appear in court.

Byran D. Higgins, 35, Marion, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released 3½ hours later on $1,000 surety bond. Previously jailed April 9 on suspicion of failing to yield, battery on and interference with a law enforcement officer, and driving under the influence.

Beretta P. Janzen, 24, Florence, arrested by sheriff’s deputies Oct. 7 on suspicion of two counts of probation violation. Released six hours later on $750 cash bond. Previously jailed April 7 to 8, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery, assault, violation of a protection order, and criminal restraint, March 31, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal threat, and July 11 to 12, 2018, on suspicion of aggravated battery and domestic battery.

Richard T. Litton, 45, Peabody, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of domestic battery and interference with law enforcement. Released 15 hours later on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed May 13 to June 5, on a court hold, Jan. 9 to 10 on suspicion of domestic battery, Nov. 3 to 11 on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property, Nov. 30 to Dec. 11, on warrants for failure to appear and aggravated failure to appear, Oct. 10 to 11, 2019, on suspicion of battery and interference with law enforcement, and Feb. 1 to April 12, 2018, on suspicion of disorderly conduct, falsely reporting a crime, aggravated assault, of a law enforcement officer, endangering a child, and criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Rexana J. Seibert, 43, Marion, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on six warrants alleging failure to appear in court. Held without bond. Previously jailed July 20 on a warrant for failure to appear in court, June 4 on suspicion of disorderly conduct and trespass after she allegedly tried to force her way into the jail to visit her friend, Richard Litton, who was also jailed Thursday, Jan. 27, on suspicion of contempt of court, Nov. 30 to Dec. 1 on suspicion of domestic battery, March 27, 2019, on two warrants alleging failure to appear in court, Oct. 10 to 14, 2018, for probation violation, Oct. 3, 14, 2018, 2018, on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court, and Aug. 10 to 14, 2018, to serve a four-day sentence.
