NEW jailings

Eddie A. Eaves, Jr., 37, McPherson, jailed Friday to serve a 48-hour sentence. Released Sunday.

Jacob Howard, 29, Newton, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possession of marijuana. Because the jail has a new roster program, the date of Howard’s release and amount of his bond is not available.

Roy W. Nichols, 40, Tampa, jailed Saturday on suspicion of child abuse and aggravated battery. Released on $5,000 surety bond. Because the jail has a new roster program, the date of Nichols’ release is not available.

Jordan Nowak, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary. Released on $15,000 surety bond. Because the jail has a new roster program, the date of Nowak’s release is not available.

Denim M. Wassiel, 34, McPherson, jailed Thursday on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Released on $20,000 surety bond and arrested again Monday on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. Because the jail has a new roster program, the date of Waisel’s release for the first arrest is not available.
