Brandon W. Hammond, 33, Wichita, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked license, having no vehicle liability insurance, and unlawfully transferring a vehicle’s title. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond.
Dawn N. Kohman, 37, Talmage, arrested June 2 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of distribution and possession of opiates with intent to manufacture, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Released June 3 on $10,000 surety bond.
Rexana J. Siebert, 43, Marion, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Released an hour later on $1,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Aug. 10 to 14, 2018; Oct. 3, 2018; Oct. 24 to 25, 2018; March 27, 2019; Nov. 30 to Dec. 1; and Jan. 27 on court orders, for contempt of court, for failing to appear in court, and on charges of domestic violence and probation violation.
Christopher R. Young, 48, Peabody, arrested Thursday on suspicion of probation violation. Released 40 minutes later on his own recognizance. A former Peabody teacher, Young was charged in February 2018 with eight counts of sexual exploitation of a child and later pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and was sentenced to community corrections and time in jail. He was charged Jan. 27 with violation of a restraining order and criminal trespass. He is scheduled to appear in court on the probation violation charge July 16. A motion to revoke his probation was filed in court April 2.
