NEW jailings
James L. Aumiller, 24, Lehigh, 24, jailed Sunday on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released an hour later on $1,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed June 10 on a warrant alleging probation violation.
Cassandra L. Beisly, 21, Hillsboro, jailed Monday on a warrant alleging probation violation. Held in lieu of $1,120 cash bond. She was previously jailed May 24 on a warrant alleging probation violation and June 23 on two warrants.
Joseph A. Biehler, 29, Hillsboro, jailed at 9:33 p.m. Monday on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Released on $500 cash bond at 10:31 p.m. and arrested again at 10:52 p.m. on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Released Tuesday on $1,500 cash bond. He was previously jailed Jan. 4 on suspicion of burglary and theft; Dec. 14 on a warrant alleging failure to appear; Nov. 19 on suspicion of possession of opiates, criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, interference with law enforcement, and possession of stolen property; and Feb. 22, 2019, on a warrant alleging probation violation.
William K. Grunden, 29, Marion, jailed Friday on a warrant alleging probation violation. Released Monday on $5,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed Sept. 9 on suspicion of indecent liberties with a child; Aug 4 on warrants alleging failure to appear at Herington municipal court and probation violation; and March 7 on suspicion of theft.
Justin M. Kaylor, 34, Montrose, Colorado, jailed Monday on a Colorado warrant.
Andrew D. Kelley, 35, Marion, jailed Sunday on suspicion of possession of opiates and violation of offender registration act. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed April 19 on a warrant alleging violation of offender registration act and April 10 on suspicion of possession of opiates and marijuana, possession of a firearm by a felon, and identity theft.
Jade A. Sterk, 22, Newton, jailed Feb. 18 on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond.
Van T. Tucker, 27, Hillsboro, jailed Thursday on suspicion of operating a vehicle without a valid license and failure to display evidence of liability insurance. Released Friday on $1,500 surety bond.
