NEW jailings

Rebecca A. Alvarez, 46, Lincolnville, jailed Jan. 22 to serve a five-day sentence. She was previously jailed June 10 on suspicion of driving under the influence and transporting an open container of alcohol.

James A. Cox, 37, Wichita, jailed Jan. 23 on a warrant alleging indirect contempt of court. Released Monday on $5,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed Nov. 10 on suspicion of distribution of opiates, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a weapon by a felon, and criminal use of a financial card.

Bryan T. Grosse, jailed Jan. 22 on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Released a half hour later on $1,500 surety bond. He was previously jailed June 15 on a warrant alleging failure to appear and Dec. 13 on suspicion of operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Samantha A. Noonan, 44, El Dorado, jailed Monday on suspicion of forgery and theft. Released half an hour later on her own recognizance.

Carl E. Remmers, 40, Lincolnville, jailed Saturday for reasons not listed on the jail roster. Released Sunday.

Rexana J. Siebert, 43, Marion, jailed Monday on a warrant alleging indirect contempt of court. Released two hours later on $1,500 surety bond.

Eric J. Williams, 32, Marion, jailed Jan. 23 on a warrant alleging indirect contempt of court. Released Monday on $3,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed March 17 on a warrant alleging probation violation, April 30 on a bond revocation, and May 28 on a warrant alleging failure to appear.
