NEW ARRESTS

Randy R. Carlson, 28, Marion, arrested Thursday by Marion police on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, aggravated child endangerment, and intimidation of a witness or victim. Released a day later without bond.

Kirby A. Jahnke, 47, Florence, jailed Friday on court orders. Previously jailed Sept. 24 and 25 on suspicion of probation violation and Dec. 17 and 18 on suspicion of domestic battery. Released both times on $2,500 in surety bonds.

Ricky D. LeShure, 34, Marion, jailed Nov. 12 for two days on court orders. Previously jailed April 4 and 5, 2018, on suspicion of fleeing and attempting to flee from law enforcement and from an accident, reckless driving, failing to stop at an accident, and failing to provide information about an accident. Additionally jailed for less than half an hour April 20, 2018, on suspicion of violating probation. Released without bond the first time and on $1,500 surety bond the second.

Marlon D. Murray, 31, Junction City, jailed Sunday on suspicion of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. Released an hour later on $1,000 surety bond.

Kathryn A. Ryding, 64, jailed Saturday on suspicion of domestic battery. Released Sunday on $1,000 surety bond.

Kirk W. Seals, 38, Marion, arrested Saturday by Marion police on suspicion of violating an order of protection against stalking. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. Jailed six other times in the past 1½ years. Last year, he was jailed Aug. 7 for failing to appear in Greenwood County court. This year, he was jailed Feb. 4 on suspicion of disorderly conduct, Aug. 10 on suspicion of violating probation, Aug. 14 on suspicion of disorderly conduct a second time, Sept. 13 through 26 on two counts of failing to appear in court and on suspicion of interfering with law enforcement, and Oct. 10 on two instances of bond being revoked. He was released after most of those jailings on bonds ranging from $400 to $1,000.
