NEW jailings

Natalie R. Geren, 37, Marion, was jailed Sunday on a warrant alleging failure to appear. She was released an hour and a half later on $550 surety bond. She was previously jailed Aug. 2 for allegedly failing to appear, May 20 on suspicion of domestic battery, March 3, and Dec. 12, 2018

James J. Gillett, 46, McPherson, was jailed Saturday on suspicion of operating a car without an ignition interlock device, refusal to submit to test for drugs or alcohol, driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, failure to display proof of liability insurance, license plate not assigned, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving under the influence. He was released Monday on his own recognizance.

William K. Grunden, 29, Marion, was jailed Monday on suspicion of indecent liberties with a child between 14 and 16. He is being held in lieu of $20,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed Aug. 4 on suspicion of probation violation and a warrant alleging failure to appear in Herington, March 7 on suspicion of theft, and Jan. 1 on a warrant alleging failure to appear.

Dylan L. Horton, 19, Hillsboro, was jailed Friday to serve a two-day sentence. He was released Sunday.

Donald J. Miller, 29, Florence, jailed Sept. 3 on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Released Sept. 4 on his own recognizance. He was previously jailed July 24, and Jan. 31 on warrants alleging failure to appear, and Dec. 29, 2018, on suspicion of driving while license suspended.

Rachel N. Thomson, 34, Wichita, jailed Sept. 2 on suspicion of driving while her license was revoked. Released two hours later on $1,000 surety bond.

Wade A. Wendt, 27, Burdick, jailed Sept. 4 on suspicion of indirect contempt of court. Released six and a half hours later on $5,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed July 27 on suspicion of possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

Lauren R. Wolf, 34, Peabody, jailed Sept 4 on suspicion of probation violation. She was previously jailed Aug. 27, Aug. 23, and Aug. 21, all on suspicion of trespass, June 6 on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and battery on a law enforcement officer, June 18 on suspicion of battery, May 30 and April 27 on warrants alleging failure to appear, and March 23 on suspicion of criminal threat and assault.
