NEW jailings

Kaitlyn J. Chadwick, 22, Olathe, jailed Tuesday on suspicion of interference with law enforcement. Held in lieu of $2,000 surety bond.

Matthew M. Frazier, 25, Peabody, jailed Tuesday on suspicion of domestic battery. Held in lieu of $2,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed April 14 on suspicion of domestic battery and June 11 on suspicion of disorderly conduct, assault, and interference with law enforcement.

Nathan C. Jones, 18, South Bend, Indiana, jailed Tuesday on suspicion of interference with law enforcement. Held in lieu of $2,000 surety bond.

Justin L. Kater, 36, Newton, jailed Friday on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $10,000 bond. He was previously jailed July 6 on suspicion of burglary.

Roy W. McGonigal, 48, Peabody, jailed Friday to serve a court sentence. He was previously arrested Dec. 17 on an unspecified warrant.

Matthew W. Nellans, 42, Peabody, jailed Friday to serve a court sentence.

Kirk W. Seals, 37, Marion, jailed Saturday on suspicion of probation violation. He was previously jailed Feb. 24 on suspicion of disorderly conduct and Aug. 7. 2018, on a Greenwood County warrant alleging failure to appear.

Shelby L. Waddle, 27, Downing, Missouri, jailed Tuesday on suspicion of attempting to elude law enforcement. No bond set.
