NEW ARRESTS

Rebecca A. Alvares, 46, Lincolnville, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of transporting an open container of alcohol and a second offense of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Released an hour later on $3,000 surety bond.

James L. Aumiller, 23, Lehigh, jailed Monday for probation violation.

Matthew M. Frazier, 25, Peabody, arrested Tuesday by Peabody police on suspicion of assault, interference with a law enforcement officer, and disorderly conduct. Initially held without bond. He previously was jailed April 14 through 16 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Jerry W. Hassler, 33, Lost Springs, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated failure to appear in court and two counts of failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $6,000 surety bond. Hassler previously was jailed March 3 on suspicion of recklessly fleeing from a law enforcement officer, reckless driving, driving while his license was suspended or revoked, disorderly conduct, and trespassing.

Alan A. Loya, 23, Wichita, arrested June 5 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving while his license was suspended and failing to appear in court. Released 5½ hours later on $2,000 surety bond.

Jennifer I. McClellan, 46, Wichita, jailed for two days June 5 on court orders.

Teresa M. McGonigal, 47, Peabody, arrested Sunday by Peabody police on suspicion of failing to appear in court. Released an hour later on $1,000 surety bond.

Luis C. Perez, 29, Hillsboro, jailed June 4 for 10 days on court orders.
