NEW JAILINGS

Franklin M. Davis, 49, Peabody, arrested Thursday by Peabody police for allegedly violating probation; held in lieu of $3,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed Feb. 23 to serve a three-day sentence, and Sept. 9 on suspicion of driving while his license was suspended.

Tanner L. Jasper, 19, Hillsboro, jailed Friday on court orders. He was previously jailed Aug. 12 on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespass; and Aug. 19 on suspicion of possession or consumption of liquor by a minor.

Michael S. Nelson, 45, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly failing to appear; released 1½ hour later on $60 cash bond.

Patric G. Patterson, 20, McPherson, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating probation and failing to appear; released four hours later on $17,500 surety bond. He was previously jailed April 14 on suspicion of conspiracy to commit theft.

Shawn A. Pearson, 44, Newton, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy for reasons not specified on the jail log; released 45 minutes later.

Floyd H. Strawhacker, 63, Herington, arrested Jan. 8 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of giving false information and possession of stolen property; released an hour later on $5,000 surety bond.
