NEW JAILINGS

Rochelle D. Atwood, 52, Newton, arrested Jan. 2 by Peabody police for allegedly failing to appear in court; held in lieu of $3,475 cash bond.

Nancy D. Garcia, 44, Florence, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving while her license was suspended, canceled, or revoked; released Sunday on $1,000 surety bond. She has been jailed five previous times in the last year on suspicion of attempted driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, domestic battery, burglary, violation of a protective order; and to serve a 30-day sentence.

Kelsey S. Glenn, 37, Peabody, arrested Dec. 28 by Peabody police for allegedly failing to appear in court; released 1 ½ hours later on $1,562 cash bond. Glenn was jailed April 20 on court orders.

Jaquan D. Goodridge, 19, Wichita, arrested Dec. 27 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence; released an hour later on $2,500 surety bond.

Tessa D. Gray, 36, Canton, arrested Jan. 4 by a sheriff’s deputy for reasons not listed on the jail roster.

David M. Impson, 41, Goessel, arrested Jan. 1 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, and endangering a child; held in lieu of $150,000 surety bond.

Jeffrey R. Linscheid, 36, Peabody, arrested Dec. 30 by Peabody police on suspicion of possession of opiates, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; released the next day on $5,000 surety bond.

Donald J. Miller, 28, Florence, arrested Dec. 29 by Peabody police on suspicion of driving while his license was suspended; released the next day on $1,000 surety bond.

Luis C. Perez, 28, Hillsboro, arrested Dec. 30 by Hillsboro police for allegedly failing to appear; released 1 ½ hours later on no bond. It was his third jailing since June 14. He previously was arrested on suspicion of battery, making a criminal threat, criminal restraint, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property.

Michael P. Ruiz, 32, Garden City, arrested Friday for reasons not specified on the jail log; released Tuesday.

Jerid A. Schafers, 20, Marion, arrested Jan. 7 by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly failing to appear; released Tuesday on $2,500 surety bond. He previously was arrested on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended or revoked and purchasing liquor as a minor.

Michael H. Schmeal, 22, Junction City, jailed for 48 hours Jan. 4. It was his fourth jailing, mainly on court orders, after being arrested Dec. 4, 2017,

Eric J. Williams, 31, Marion, arrested Dec. 31 by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly failing to appear; held with no bond.

Dale E. Wuthnow, 54, Hope, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended or revoked, and driving under the influence; released Monday on $3,500 bond.

Shane W. Zerbe, 33, Newton, jailed Jan. 2 on court orders. Zerbe was previously jailed Feb. 14 on suspicion of attempted burglary, criminal trespass, criminal threat, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
