New Arrests

Teresa L. Huffman, 68, Marion, was arrested by Sheriff Robert Craft Monday on suspicion of misuse of public funds. She was released four hours later on $10,000 surety bond.

William T. Camden, 44, McPherson, arrested by a sheriff’s deputy Wednesday on suspicion of probation violation. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond.

Robert E. Findley, 32, Peabody, arrested by a sheriff’s deputy Wednesday on suspicion of probation violation. He was released Saturday on $5,000 surety bond.

Justin D. Tate, 26, Newton, arrested Wednesday for failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond.

Rexana J. Siebert, 41, Marion, arrested by a sheriff’s deputy Wednesday on suspicion of failure to appear. She was released five hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Gregory Paul Prescott, 27, McPherson, arrested by a sheriff’s deputy Friday on a 48-hour court commit.

Joseph A. Biehler, 28, Herington, arrested by Peabody police Saturday on suspicion of probation violation. Released 20 minutes later on $150 cash bond.

Marshall R. Swanson, 55, Peabody, arrested by Peabody police Saturday on suspicion of driving while license suspended. He was released an hour later on $2,000 surety bond.
