Layne Nienstedt, 19, Lincolnville, arrested Nov. 8 by sheriff’s deputies on a charge of criminal restraint.

Daniel Mitchham, 53, Newton, arrested Nov. 9 by sheriff’s deputies for alleged failure to appear.

Brittney Guerrero, 29, Junction City, arrested Nov. 10 by sheriff’s deputies on a Geary County warrant for bond violation.
