Michael Pearson, 37, Marion, committed by the court Jan. 15.

Bradley Schmidt, 32, McPherson, arrested Jan. 15 by Marion police on two charges of possession of controlled substanc, and a charge of child endangerment.

Lacey Bailey, 33, Florence, arrested Jan. 16 by sheriff’s deputies on charge of driving while license suspended and no proof of vehicle insurance.

Austin Pederson, 20, Marion, arrested Jan. 16 by Marion police on two charges of burglary, two charges of criminal trespass, and a charge of possession of hallucinogenic drug.

Robert Ayers, 41, Hillsboro, arrested Jan. 20 by sheriff’s deputies on Sedgwick, Harvey, and Reno County warrants.

Stephen Thompson, 52, Herington, arrested Jan. 22 on hold for court.

Anthony Clubine, 27, Mena, Arkansas, committed by court Jan. 22.
