New arrests April 10 through Friday:

Chyna Atwell, 26, Lawrence, arrested Friday by Marion police on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Alvin Garza, 30, Peabody, arrested April 11 by Peabody police on charges of assault and being a pedestrian under the influence of an intoxicant.

Brandon Hayes, 24, Newton, arrested April 14 by Marion police on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Hayes was jailed again Friday after his bond was revoked.

David Horton, 43, Hillsboro, jailed April 11 for allegedly failing to appear in court.

Joyce Loomis, 42, Marion, arrested April 11 by Marion police on a charge of violating an order of protection from abuse.

Dylan Martin, 21, Lehigh, arrested April 14 by Marion police on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Casey McMurphy, 24, Lawrence, arrested Friday by Marion police on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

David Orcutt, 61, Peabody, jailed April 15 after his bond was revoked.

Debbie Orcutt, 62, Peabody, jailed April 15 after her bond was revoked.

Marcus Orear, 32, Hillsboro, arrested April 14 by Marion police on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Michael Pearson, 37, Marion, arrested April 14 by Marion police on a charge of violating probation.

Blake Riggs, 22, Great Bend, jailed Friday on court orders.

Kenneth Southworth, 23, Wichita, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on charges of aggravated battery and violation of an order of protection from abuse.

Julio Vizcarra, 20, Florence, jailed April 15 on a Lyon County warrant revoking bond.

Debra Willingham, 48, Marion, arrested April 11 by Marion police on charges of driving under the influence of an intoxicant and transporting an open container of alcohol.
