Roy and Bev Reynolds went with Darin and Tina Reynolds Saturday to Wichita to visit Tina who had surgery.

We extend get well wishes to Tina and wishing her a speedy recovery.

Chub Pinkston is home after having surgery. We extend get well wishes to him and wishing him a speedy recovery.

Doni Rogers attended the memorial services of Laverna Parish’s mother, Cathrynn Puckett, Saturday at Burns.

We extend sympathy to Cathrynn Puckett’s family. We know her family and friends will miss her.

Hazel Clothier visited Lanore Smith Monday at Florence.

Hazel met her daughter, Teresa Hill of Marion, Friday for lunch at a restaurant in Marion.

Carl and Becca Williams of Wamego were Saturday dinner guests of Bill and Margie Williams. Our son-in-law, Will Soyez, of Florence, was our Tuesday dinner guest.

Our son, Gary Williams, and Carl and Becca Williams were Sunday dinner guests.

A big thank you goes to Will and Carl for doing Bill’s chores for him this past week. Billy really appreciated it.

A weekend guest of Janet Cress was Shealah Guilick of Wichita and Hunter Cress of Cedar Point.

Janet, Shealeah and Hunter went to Douglas High School Saturday to watch Ben Goodwin in the school play, “Fiddler on the Roof.”

Janet and Shealah went to the Chase County musical Sunday afternoon at Chase County High School.

Everett and Brandon Cress went to Amarillo, Texas to watch Bud Higgs and Randy Peterson compete in the world championship ranch.

Weekend guests of Dale and Tootsie Snelling were Mark Lewman of Sedgwick, Danny Snelling and Seth of Marion, and Dean Snelling of Goessel.

Dale, Tootsie, and Dean attended the Marion High School musical, “Grease,” Friday evening. They saw their granddaughter, Tristen, who had a part in the play.
