Dale and Tootsie Snelling volunteered to work June 13 at the Symphony in the Flint Hills. Dale started helping at 10 a.m.; and Tootsie, at 3 p.m. Later they attended the symphony. Tootsie said they enjoyed it and the event was well organized.
Dale and Tootsie’s grandchildren, Kiana and Levi Lewman of Sedgwick, spent the week with them. They returned home June 12, Kiana’s 11th birthday. Tootsie and Kiana went to El Dorado shopping and lunch. Kiana received a new computer game for her birthday and a new outfit for a Girl Scout trip.
Dean Snelling of Goessel spent last week recuperating with Dale and Tootsie.
Doni Rogers and Bev Morgan went to El Dorado June 10.
Doni stopped by the Whitcomb reunion June 14 at Cedar Point School to visit friends she hadn’t seen for a long time.
Denise Lang and Margie Williams shopped and had lunch June 11 in Emporia.
Dinner guests June 13 of Bill and Margie Williams were Carl and Becca Williams of Wamego.
Kevin and Nellie Hill of Marion visited Hazel Clothier on June 12.
Everett and Janet Cress attended a Red Neck Christmas camp-out June 12 and 13 at Greg and Ashley Ballew’s at Burns.
Montana and Hunter Cress stayed June 10 through 12 with Janet and Everett.
Everett and Janet attended the Whitcomb reunion June 14 at Cedar Point School. After the reunion, Shannon Foster of Newton visited Everett and Janet.
