Dale and Tootsie Snelling went to the Marion Middle School football game Oct. 14 to see their grandson, Seth Snelling, play.
The next evening they went to Remington to the high school football game.
On Oct. 17, guests of Dale and Tootsie were Danny and Seth Snelling of Marion.
Doni Rogers attended the Burns senior dinner Oct. 12 at Burns Community Building. She went to Don and Laverna Parrish’s sale Oct. 16 at Burns.
Denise Lang called on Bill and Margie Williams on Oct. 14. Dinner guests of Bill and Margie on Oct. 17 were their grandson, Carl Williams, and his wife, Becca, of Wamego.
Hazel Clothier met her daughter, Teresa Hill, in Marion Oct. 15 and 17 for lunch. Hazel and Jean Everett went on a tour of the countryside. Hazel showed Jean where she lives as Jean had never been there.
Everett and Janet Cress met Joyce and Eldon Cress of Emporia and Jeanice and Kenny Miller Oct. 15 and they went to Lynn and Lisa Cress’ in Rogers, Ark. They spent the weekend at Beaver Lake. The men fished and the women shopped.
They returned home Oct. 17. They met Brandon, Hunter, and Montana at Severy. They visited with Montana as she was on her way back to Joplin.
