Doni Rogers went to Strong City on Sept. 9. She attended a senior potluck dinner Sept. 14 at Burns Community Center. Dale and Tootsie Snelling also attended the luncheon.

Sharon and Julia Smith and some of Julia’s friends attended Kansas State Fair on Sept. 18 at Hutchinson.

Everett and Janet Cress, Brandon, and Hunter also went to the state fair Sept. 12.

Dinner guests Sept. 18 of Bill and Margie Williams were their son, Gary, Terry Stienbacher, and Neva Hicks of Wichita. That evening they attended a card party at Carriage Manor in Florence. Dewey and Jane Stevens hosted the party.

Bill and Margie had their grandson, Carl Williams of Wamego, and Hazel Clothier as dinner guests Sept. 19.

Hazel ate lunch Sept. 15 at Carriage Manor.

Dale and Tootsie Snelling attended a Marion Middle School football game Sept. 16 in Marion and watched their grandson, Seth Snelling, play. On Sept. 17, they attended the Marion High School game and watched their granddaughter, Tristen Snelling, be selected as homecoming queen. Dale and Tootsie went to Haysville on Sept. 19 to attend a birthday party for their great-granddaughters Kinsley and Aubry Lespagnard.

Brandon and Hunter Cress were supper guests Sept. 16 of Everett and Janet Cress.
