Thanksgiving Day Everett and Janet Cress went to Randy and Shannon Foster’s in Newton for dinner. They had all the family there.
The Cresses had their annual holiday dinner and their white elephant gift exchange Nov. 26. Those present were Kenney and Jeanice Miller and Jim Siebert of Emporia; Randy and Shannon Foster of Newton; Ryan Foster of Tyler, Texas; Darren, Annette, Garrett, and Ashley Weems of Peabody; Sue Prewitt of Leon; Dennis Prewitt of Towanda; Greg, Ashley, Taylor, and Kaycee Ballew and Gary Suelter, all of Burns; Carol Kutz of El Dorado; Rodney Charleton, Sandi Cunningham, Joe and Yvonne Roland, and Brandon and Hunter Cress, all of Cedar Point; Montana Cress of Joplin, Mo.; and Julia Smith of Pratt.
Hazel Clothier went to Wichita Thanksgiving Day and enjoyed dinner with Larry and Esther Foge Henderson. The next day she met Teresa, Kevin, Nellie, Heath, and Cassidy Hill of Marion for lunch.
Thanksgiving dinner guests of Dale and Tootsie Snelling were Mark and Leann Lewman, Kiana, and Levi of Sedgwick and Dean Snelling of Goessel.
The Snelling family celebrated Dale’s birthday on Nov. 27. Those present for dinner were Dan and Tammy Snelling, Seth and Sherry Hess, Molly and Emmy, all of Marion; Mark and Leann Lewman, Kiana, and Levi of Sedgwick; Dean Snelling of Goessel; Brandon and Breanna Lespagnard, Kinsley and Aubry of Greenwood, Mo.; Kristi Hess and Nathanial of Wichita; and Doni Rogers. Evening visitors were Tristan Snelling and Adam Cope of Marion.
On Nov. 23, Bill and Margie Williams and Will Soyez went to the basketball game at Newman College in Wichita to watch Samantha Soyez play ball. Newman won.
Thanksgiving dinner guests of Bill and Margie Williams were Will and Elliot Soyez of Goddard, Gary Williams, Carl and Becca Williams of Wamego, and Terry Stienbacher and Neva Hicks of Wichita.
Bill and Margie went to the Newman basketball game in Wichita on Nov. 26.
Bill and Margie’s dinner guests Nov. 28 were Gary Williams and Carl and Becca Williams of Wamego.
Dale Snelling celebrated his birthday.
Doni Rogers spent Thanksgiving with her relatives at Larned. She returned home on Nov. 26.
