Al and Bonnie Plummer left Aug. 22 for Las Cruces, N.M., to spend several days visiting Al’s sister, Kay Hall. They went to Ruidoso to join other family members celebrating Cliff and Glenna Lambert’s 50th wedding anniversary. Kay Lambert of Wakarusa also attended.
Doug and Vicky Lambert of Murray, Ky., visited Al and Bonnie Tuesday afternoon.
James Davis of Fort Riley came to the Plummer home to visit Shelby and attended the Emily Langenegger-Daniel Unruh wedding, along with Al and Bonnie.
Marvin and Sherol Nightengale accompanied Diane Nightengale to Lawrence to watch Laura run.
Sunday dinner guests of Lawrence and Lois Sayers were Bruce Sayers, Megan and Jessica, and friend Melody. Lois and Sandy Sayers and Megan and Jessica Sayers were in Wichita Monday.
Lawrence and Lois Sayers and Joyce Kyle called on Ray Davidson Thursday evening. He is doing very well.
Marvin and Erma Koehn of Monterey, Tenn., and their granddaughter, Jolene Kahn of Hillsboro called Aug. 25 on Vernon, Florine, and Judy Koehn.
Vernon Koehn called on Jake and Ruby Koehn Sunday afternoon. Matthew and Vicky Koehn and children and Arlene Koehn brought dinner to Jake and Ruby.
Sunday dinner guests of Josh and Ashley Wiebe and Seth to celebrate Gary and Monica Thiessen’s 30th wedding anniversary were Gary and Monica, their parents, and Ashley’s brothers and sisters.
Joyce Kyle had Saturday breakfast with Roger Brenzikofer and Angie and Kathleen Brenzikofer at the Burns Café. In the evening she attended the Langenegger-Unruh wedding.
