Milton residents tell of Christmas travels

Bob Kyle took Joyce Kyle to his home Dec. 22 to spend the night. Early the next morning, Bob and Brody Kyle and Mack Clark took Joyce to the airport for a flight to Dallas where she was met by her son, Wayne.

Joyce spent Christmas with Wayne and Deby Kyle in Hamilton, Texas. She visited Wayne and Deby, Chris and Taya Kyle, Colton, and McKenna; and Jeff and Amy Kyle.

There was even enough snow to make a 12-inch snowman with her great-grandchildren. Joyce returned home Dec. 30.

Luana Isaac was a Christmas dinner guest of her daughter and family, Rose Forgy, Melissa, and Ryan.

Lawrence, Lois, and Sandy Sayers were Christmas dinner guests of Bruce and Melody Sayers and Jessica and Hayley Stewart. They were guests of Lawrence and Lois Dec. 27.

Josh and Ashley Wiebe, Seth and Faith attended a family post-Christmas dinner at the home of Richard and Margaret Wiebe at Whitewater on New Year’s Day.

Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, Dalen, and Carolee left Dec. 22 for Pennsylvania to visit Willie and Cathy Bender and family, and Nock and Vernella Peechy and family for Christmas.

Vernon and Judy Koehn left Dec. 21 for Pennsylvania for Christmas. The Renferd Koehns returned Dec. 30 and the Vernon Koehns on Jan. 1.

Ronnie and Patti Gaines met Ty and Kim Gaines and Brooke in Strong City Dec. 31. Brooke came home with Ronnie and Patti. They met in Emporia Saturday where Brooke attended a toddler tumbling class. She returned home with her parents.

Marvin and Sherry Nightengale went to El Dorado Jan. 5 and watched Casey Nightengale play basketball.

Rose Forgy and Melissa called on Joyce Kyle Thursday afternoon.
