Marie Clark went to Newton Oct. 7 to watch her grandchildren perform for “Tootin’ for Newton.” She was an overnight guest of Martin and Peg Van der Weg.
Marvin and Sherol Nightengale left Oct. 6 for Kearney, Mo. to visit Jim and Linda Hess, Allie and Amelia and watch the girls play volleyball. They returned home Oct. 7. On Oct. 9, they were Sunday dinner guests of Brad and Diane Nightengale, whose children, Roger and Laura of Lawrence, and Casey of Wichita, all were home.
Norma Riggs was an evening caller Oct. 10.
Nathan Koehn was a dinner guest of Renferd and Wanda Koehn and Lonnie on Oct. 9.
Sandy Sayers was a guest of her parents, Lawrence and Lois Sayers on Oct. 8. She returned Oct. 10 and they went to Abilene to tour the Russell Stover store.
Brook Gaines spent the weekend of Oct. 7 as guest of her grandparents, Ronnie and Patti Gaines. They picked her up in Strong City on Oct. 7 and then met her parents, Ty and Kim, in El Dorado on Oct. 9 and she returned home.
Sandy Sayers called on Joyce Kyle in the afternoon Oct. 10.
Sam and Laura (Langenegger) Humig recently gave birth to a daughter. Evan and Sharla Koehn recently gave birth to a daughter.
