Visitors come from Missouri

Marvin and Sherol Nightengale went to the state track meet May 27 in Wichita. Mitch and Cathy Foote went to the Nightengale home and they attended the May 28 track meet. Casey Nightengale was a participant at the meet. The Nightengales attended an alumni reunion May 29 in Burns. The Footes went fishing with Roger and Laura Nightengale and Casey. Joyce Baker was an afternoon visitor.

Royce and Rachel Koehn of James Port, Mo., were guests of his father, Nathan Koehn, May 26 through 30. On May 29 they and Dalen and Beth Koehn and Roland and Kim Koehn, Deby, Doug, Kayla, and Diana were dinner guests of Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, and Carolee. On May 30, they all had a picnic at the home of Ronald Koehn and family.

Ronnie and Patti Gaines, Dusty Gaines, Kenny and Roma Koehn, Shawn and Jean Koehn and boys, Jeff and Jill Koehn and girls, and Todd and Terry Moddlemog and family went camping May 28 through 30 at the Marion County Lake.

Lawrence and Lois Sayers went to Burden on May 28 to attend an alumni reunion.

Sandy Sayers was a visitor May 30 of her parents, Lawrence and Lois.

Jim and Beulah Gehring called on Joyce Kyle on May 27. Bob and Brody Kyle called on Joyce on May 30.

Mary Langenegger and Joyce Kyle attended a birthday party for Kathleen Brenzikofer on May 28 to celebrate her 90th birthday. Later they called on Mack Weber and Calvin Hall at the Newton Medical Center. Later in the day, they took flowers to five cemeteries.

Joyce Kyle attended an alumni reunion May 29 in Burns. The class of 1945 had the most graduates represented.

Marie Clark also attended the alumni reunion in Burns. On May 30, her visitors were her daughter, Jennifer Stucky, and her granddaughter and family, Missy and Clint and children.
