Family visits Pennsylvania

Marvin and Sherol Nightengale attended a track meet April 28 in El Dorado. Their grandson, Casey Nightengale, competed in the meet. They attended a Nightengale reunion May 1 in Canton.

Lois and Sandy Sayers went shopping April 30 in Wichita.

Vernon and Judy Koehn left April 21 for Mifflinburg, Pa. They were guests of Willie and Kathy Bender and family. They attended a family and friends supper April 23 and Daryl Bender’s April 24 marriage to Linda Beiler. Daryl is a grandson of Vernon. They left for home April 27 and arrived April 28.

Al and Bonnie Plummer left April 21 for Nixa, Mo., to visit Martin and Kayme Voelker, Alyson, and Abby. They returned home April 27. Bonnie went to El Dorado May 1 to take Raven Bidwell a gift for her 4th birthday.

Stan and Karen Saner, Terry and Pat Nystrom, Cindy Jackson, Carl Riggs, Colleen Bruner, and Joyce Kyle attended Relay for Life on April 29 in Marion. It was windy and cold, so everyone went home early.

Joyce attended the burial of Lois Larsen on April 30 at the Burns Cemetery. She had lunch out with Mack Weber. Jim and Beulah Gehring were afternoon visitors of Joyce.

Dinner guests of Gary and Mary Langenegger on May 1 were Andy and Amber Hansen of Beartooth Mountain Christian Ranch in Fishtail, Mont., Glenn and Daytha Langenegger, Daniel and Emily Unruh, and Joyce Kyle.

Renferd and Wanda Koehn and Lonnie left for Pennsylvania April 21. They stayed with Renferd’s sister and family, Noah and Vernella Peachy, in Belleville, Pa. Renferd and Lonnie came home April 26. Wanda and Carolee came back April 28. Carolee came back home after teaching there a few months.

Dalen and Beth Koehn went to Versailles, Mo., over the April 29 weekend to celebrate her parents’ 50th anniversary.
