B. J. and I went shopping Thursday afternoon to Peabody.
Sandi Fritz stopped by Thursday late afternoon.
B. J. went to Gardner Friday.
Blaine and Carol Ammeter of Ellinwood arrived Saturday morning to spend the weekend.
We had church Sunday morning at Summit. Blaine, Carol, and I went. There was a nice crowd with visitors and Pastor Ragland had a good message. We appreciate him and Steve Glover, our pianist, so much.
Melody and Steve Magette of Dodge City, Carol, Blaine, B. J., and Stan were Sunday lunch guests of LaVonne’s.
After lunch Angela, Chad, Mitchell, and Collin Bunger of Junction City; Myron and Sally Ammeter and Amy Drake and Daniel of Minnesota; Opal Craney; Stan Ammeter; Rob and Christine Ammeter, Samantha, Alison, and Jacob of Simpsonville, S.C., arrived to spend Sunday and were supper guests.
Myron, Sally, Amy, and Daniel went to Opal’s to spend the night. Melody, Steve, Blaine, Carol, and B.J. returned to their homes. Rob, Christie, Samantha, Alison, and Jacob spent the night at LaVonne’s and left after lunch to spend Monday night at Grandma Opal’s. They left Tuesday afternoon for Grand Island to spend Christmas at Myron and Sally’s.
What a weekend. I did so enjoy the great grandkids. They’re all growing so and are so much fun.
This week’s news:
Melody and Steve Magette arrived late Wednesday afternoon to spend Christmas Eve. They left after lunch Christmas Day. Stan joined us for breakfast.
Blaine, Carol, Todd, and B. J. arrived to spend the weekend late Christmas afternoon.
Chris Ramsey, Isaac, Ethan, and Alex, Melissa Ramsey and McKayla, and Stanley joined the family for supper and to spend the evening.
How about this weather? No white Christmas, but such a nice day. Hope you all had a great Christmas and hope you have a blessed 2009.
