Michele took LaVonne to physical therapy Friday morning and then we shopped in Marion.

Melody Magette of Dodge City arrived late Friday afternoon at the Ammeter farm to spend the night and Saturday.

Eric Magette and Matthew of Eudora arrived Saturday morning at great-grandma’s farm with Matthew in his overalls and farm boots to spend the day. He rode the lawnmower with his father. He and Uncle Stan had a big day. After supper, they left for home. Melody stayed all night and went home Sunday morning when I went to church.

We had church Sunday at Summit. No heat but Pastor Dave had a really good message.

Melody and Eric Matthews and I had trick or treaters Saturday evening. The Wiebe children, Tiana, Taryn, Kenton, and Natalia came in their costumes. Kerri and Dan also visited a while. Matthew was so excited.

B.J. Ammeter of Gardner came Sunday evening to spend a few days with Grandma Ammeter. He was busy helping Uncle Stan and doing some jobs for me.

LaVonne and Michelle went to Marion Monday for physical therapy. We visited LeRoy Riggs and Maudie Gaines.

Fern Goodwin picked up LaVonne, Joyce Kyle, and Mary Glen Tuesday and went to an election meeting in Marion.

Carolyn Metz of Wichita arrived Wednesday night at LaVonne’s to spend the night. B.J., Stan, and Carolyn were supper guests.

Well, we had our freeze but the weather is lovely again.
