Luncheon guests of LaVonne’s Wednesday were Carolyn Metz of Wichita and Kathryn Ireland of Newton. We had a good visit. They are such special sisters.
Michele Boese and I went to a dentist Thursday afternoon in Marion and did some shopping.
Stanley was a supper guest. Later in the evening, Michele brought me some fish and it was good.
I went to a chiropractor Saturday morning in Marion and did some shopping.
Blaine and Carol Ammeter of Ellinwood arrived Sunday morning at the Ammeter farm. Blaine cleaned my flowerbeds and Carol helped me do some chores. Stan joined us for dinner. Later in the afternoon, Carol and Blaine went to Don and Marjorie Gfellers’ and spent the evening.
LaVonne had a 20th Century Club meeting Monday afternoon. Those attending were Sherry Nightengale, Marie Clark, Dorene Kirkpatrick, Lois Sayers, Joyce Kyle, and Norma Clark. We had a good meeting and a lot of visiting.
Stan Ammeter was a dinner guest Monday and I had a call from my niece, Mary Sue Mayfield. It was good to hear from her.
I talked to Thelma Warkentine Tuesday afternoon. Marge Morgan is back at Legacy Park and doing a little better. Keep her and Robert in your prayers.
My jonquils are in bloom, so spring is on the way. Hope you all have a good week. Don’t forget to pray for rain.
