CORRESPONDENTS: Ammeter

LaVonne and Michele went to Marion Friday for physical therapy and shopping.

Matt and Seyan Watts and Lydia of Oklahoma City, Okla., visited the Ammeter farm Friday afternoon. Stan came to visit them, too.

B.J. Ammeter came to Grandma’s Friday night.

Alan Wyss visited LaVonne Saturday morning.

Emily and Kevin Horton, Elyse and Avery of Ellsworth visited Saturday afternoon at Grandma LaVonne’s. Later, Melody and Steve Magette of Dodge City and Bryan and Amanda Kantack, and Bethany and Reagan of Colorado Springs, Colo., arrived to spend Saturday and Sunday. Supper guests were B.J. Ammeter, Stan Ammeter, Bryan and Amanda and girls, Stan and Melody, Kevin and Emily, and Avery and Elyse. Lisa Clark was an evening visitor. The Haxtons left for home later in the evening. Such a busy day. The great-grandchildren played outdoors and saw the cows.

Bryan and Amanda, Bethany and Reagan left Monday morning to return to Colorado. I sure did enjoy the great-grandchildren.

B.J. and I went to Peabody Monday afternoon and visited at Legacy Park. We visited Donna Robs and the rest who were playing Yatzee. We also visited Don Gillet.

Michele Boise and I went to El Dorado for an eye appointment and shopping. We also ate lunch.

Myron and Sally Ammeter were at the farm when we got home from El Dorado. They were supper and overnight guests. We watched the inaugural parade. Myron and Sally just go home from their cruise. They had a lot to tell. They left Wednesday morning to visit Sally’s mom, Opal Craney.

Dorene Kirkpatrick visited late Tuesday afternoon.
