They told about their cruise and their time in Alaska. Stan and Bonnie Ammeter came to LaVonne’s and the group had supper together. Michael Hartnagel came for a while later in the evening.
On June 28, Stan took LaVonne to Peabody for groceries and medicine. After returning to the Ammeter farm, Stan mowed at the Summit cemetery.
On July 1, LaVonne went to church at Ebenezer Methodist Church. Mary Sue Mayfield called to visit awhile and say that she was heading back to Virginia.
On July 2, George and Rose Watts of Agency, Mo., and Katie Watts of Washington, D.C., spent the afternoon at LaVonne’s and enjoyed a nice visit.
