Joyce Kyle, Sherry Nightengale, Lois Sayers, and LaVonne Ammeter went to Burns for lunch June 18 and a Twentieth Century Club meeting.
Myron and Sally Ammeter arrived at the Ammeter farm June 17 to spend the night. Stan joined them for supper. Myron and Sally left the next morning and went to her mother’s house to spend the night. They left June 19 for Grand Island, Neb.
B.J. and LaVonne Ammeter went to Marion June 19 and later went to Maude Gaines’ garage sale. They visited Jean Gaines, Shelly Harper, and Vickie, Dick, and Cory Gantz.
Blaine Ammeter of Ellinwood arrived June 19 and spent the weekend.
Blaine, B.J., and LaVonne went to Marjorie and Don Gfeller’s June 20 to visit. They had cousins visiting from Oregon and Missouri. Among them were Glenda and Dale Kruper and Emily of Portland and Laura and Derrek Kaussabaum, Racquil and Elise of Missouri.
Don and Marjorie, Carol and Blaine, and B.J. and LaVonne picked up the Krupers and Kaussabaums June 20 and joined the Parsens families at a restaurant in Newton for supper, driving home in a blinding rain.
Gary Davis was a dinner guest of LaVonne’s after church June 21 at Summit.
Blaine and B.J. went to the Gfellers’ for lunch and an evening cookout.
Laura Atwater of Wichita visited her grandmother, LaVonne, June 21. Stan came and visited with Laura.
Michele Boese and Eric visited LaVonne, Myron and Sally, and B.J. June 17.
Michele Montgomery of Florence visited June 21.
Donna Ramsey, Ethan and Alex were lunch guests June 22.
George and Rose Watts of Agency, Mo.; Katie and Anna Watts of Kansas City; and Matt, Seyan, and Lydia Watts came to the Ammeter farm June 22. Matthew, Seyan, and Lydia will leave for China the first week of July.
Michele Boese visited B.J. and LaVonne June 22.
