LaVonne Ammeter picked up Michele Boese and Dylan April 21 and they visited Carrol and Helen Logan.
Blaine Ammeter arrived at the Ammeter farm April 21 to spend the night and the next day. It rained all day so he left for Ellinwood in the late afternoon.
LaVonne attended the funeral of Bill McPheeters April 23 at the Baptist church.
Myron and Sally Ammeter of Grand Island, Neb., arrived April 23 at LaVonne’s house to spend the night. Stan Ammeter and B.J. also were supper guests. After supper, Myron planted a flower they bought LaVonne for Mother’s Day.
Myron and Sally went to Manhattan April 24. B.J. went to Manhattan later that day. They attended the spring football game at Kansas State University.
Eric Magette and “farmer boy” Matthew arrived at the farm April 24 to spend the day. They went to Eudora after supper.
Church services were at Summit April 25. The church’s district superintendent conducted a meeting after services.
Gary Davis of Newton was a dinner guest April 25 of LaVonne’s. Michele Montgomery of Florence visited later in the day.
The 20th Century Club met April 26 at LaVonne’s, with seven members attending.
LaVonne went to Marion April 27 to a chiropractor and did some shopping.
