Myron and Sally Ammeter of Grand Island, Neb. arrived at the Ammeter farm Jan. 28 to spend the night. After lunch, they went to Peabody to take birthday cake to Legacy Park. They went and picked up Opal Craney and bought groceries. Stan and Steve Bishop visited.
Myron and Sally went to Opal’s Jan. 29. It was snowing. They left for Manhattan early afternoon to visit Chad and Angel Burger and boys.
Michelle Montgomery came by to visit Jan. 29 and B.J. left for Manhattan to visit friends.
Melody and Steve Magette of Dodge City arrived Jan. 30 at LaVonne’s to stay overnight and Jan. 31. We watched the KSU - KU basketball game.
The Magettes and Ammeter attended services Jan. 30 at Summit.
Carolyn and Jack Metz of Wichita came for lunch after church Jan. 31. Carolyn, Lavonne, and Melody went to Peabody to the quilt show at the Library. The women visited with Teresa and several others. Melody and Steve left for home in late afternoon.
B.J. and LaVonne went to El Dorado Feb. 1 to an eye appointment and then shopping.
LaVonne went to visit at Legacy Park Feb. 2. She visited Donna Robb, Dorothy Whistler, Aunt Nonie Widler, Laura Branhan, and Lucille and Richard Wyss.
LaVonne talked to Theo Jean and Larry Winzir on the phone Feb. 1.
