Blaine Ammeter took LaVonne Ammeter to the eye doctor Oct. 28 in El Dorado. They went on to Wichita for Blaine’s doctor appointment and stopped in Newton afterward to shop.

LaVonne went to Florence Oct. 29 and then to Legacy Park in Peabody to take a birthday cake. She visited Donna Robb; Bill Krause and visitors Shirley, Gayle, and wife from El Dorado; and Richard and Lucille Wyss.

LaVonne went to Legacy Park Oct. 30 for a Halloween and birthday party. She visited Emma Shaw and Dorothy Whisler.

Sandy Fritz was a morning visitor Oct. 31 of LaVonne.

Thirteen trick-or-treaters stopped Oct. 31 at the Ammeter farm.

LaVonne went to church Nov. 1 at Ebenezer. In the evening, she attended the Church Charge Conference at Peabody United Methodist Church.

Michele Montgomery was an afternoon visitor Nov. 1 and Stan Ammeter was a supper guest Nov. 2 of LaVonne.

LaVonne went to Legacy Park Nov. 3 and visited Richard and Lucille Wyss and Dave and Esther Stucky. Adam Magette, LaVonne’s grandson, called in the evening and sent pictures of his son, Lucas.

Edith Spindew had a knee replacement done recently and is getting better.
