LaVonne Ammeter went to Florence the morning of Oct. 21 to get a perm. That afternoon she went to Burns to attend the AARP driver safety course at the Burns Community building. Stan Ammeter was a supper guest.

LaVonne had lunch Oct. 22 at the Senior Center in Peabody and helped make pepper nuts.

Myron and Sally Ammeter of Grand Island, Neb., and Angela Bunger, Mitchell and Collin, were lunch guests of Opal Craney. The group was also a supper guest of LaVonne.

Carol and Blaine Ammeter and Todd arrived at the Ammeter farm late Oct. 23 to spend to the night. Blaine and Carol left early to go to the Kansas State University football game in Manhattan.

LaVonne went to church Oct. 25 at Summit. Michele Montgomery was a morning visitor of LaVonne.

B.J. Ammeter was a morning visitor Oct. 26 of LaVonne on his way home from Manhattan. He left for Ellinwood that night.

Sherry Nightengale, Joyce Kyle, Lois Sayers, and LaVonne went to the Twentieth Century Club meeting at Marie Clark’s house.

Michele Boese and LaVonne went shopping Oct. 27 in Peabody. Blaine Ammeter arrived later to spend the night. Blaine took LaVonne to the eye doctor Oct. 28 in El Dorado.
