Marion County’s growth in property tax revenue over the past 22 years was 247.9%, three times the 83.3% increase in its tax rate. Chase County’s tax rate increased 4.7%, and Harvey County’s tax revenue increased 159.7%. Slightly different numbers were reported in print editions last week.
