Marion search

A comment last week praising the idea of the City of Marion hiring a consultant to recruit a new administrator inadvertently was attributed to Mayor David Mayfield. As the story reported, Mayfield wanted to delay action, preferred to have the city search without assistance, and voted on the losing side against hiring the consultant.
